I'm at a stage where I just don't know what to do... or I have an idea, but I don't want to go through with it. I want to end things with my BPD friend. I'm totally tapped out financially (actually now in debt) and I just can't take this anymore. I'm hurt by the current situation and she turned it into me punishing her??? What?! So I end up apologizing for hurting her when all the while I'm still hurt and still broke beyond belief! Stupid selfish disorder!!!!! I HATE IT!!

Sounds to me like there is some projecting going on! Which is a typical PD behaviour and they will try to make you take the blame and accept your apology! I know from my own experience - it is crazy making! If you are already considering leaving then I think that would be the best thing for you to do. It doesn't get any better! My problem is that I still love him and as a consequence am struggling with my own options! Do hope everything works out for you.
