Can I ask what age are you? My daughter has just been diagnosed with OCD due to her anxiety and clothes issues. She can only wear a loose summer dress and no knickers most days. Knickers are a huge problem for her, trousers/leggins and long skirts are a complete no, jeans ... Impossible.
Any tips on how to help her, I'm a desperate Mum wanting to help. She's only 9

If she is in therapy then you are already doing the best thing for her. There is a parenting forum here that you might want to post in and see what they have to say.
