daughter just came home, and told me that a tutor and another member of staff has told her that she will be having a new social worker this is ok i had been informed it might happen what i am angry about is i have left about 20msgs over the last three weeks to talk to the social worker and none of my calls were returned now i have to phone another office to find out what is going on

I agree with Fuzzy, how can a person relax when changes can be made without a second glance. This annoys me that it happened.

That's so frustrating! Must be why you haven't gotten any call-backs but still, they should have given your daughter a note rather than a tell-her-to-tell-you sort of thing. Their tangled mess isn't your problem! Were you able to get it straightened out?

no we havent heard anything, daughter is due a review soon and the social worker is meant to attend this, so i hope to hear soon

Yes, that would be hard if no one or the "wrong" person (stand-in) attended or even if you don't get to know the new person a little and talk to her before the review.
