Oh well, maybe in another life, huh?
Thank you for responding the key word you used there is "ex" hinting that relationships with BPD can be a challenge to say the least. I agree 100% you try to assure them it will work.. But they just carry on as if they know it will end abruptly. Your emotions aren't a YoYo they can't drop you and raise you up as they feel... It must be frustrating. Hats off to you for trying to make it work it seems like you made most the efforts to make it work.

Thank you again

Thank you for sharing that that is an amazing insight for people like myself who don't have it. That must be tough, is it a resistance to rejection? Is it like putting your guard up from abandonment?

I have not been with this ex for a long time. I am trying to make it work to even communicate with him.
That doesn't even work!

It seems to have gotten worse over the years. I can not even be his friend.

No and it's not self inflicted. What kind of reading have you done?

Symptoms can diminish with age.

It is not self inflicted.

There is no natural cure. Medication has shown to not be effective. Therapy can be helpful.

Thank you for responding i read on a couple of sights it was, my mistake i'm sorry. Therapy works better than medication it must be even more rewarding than medication as you will have to get used to the tablets or may have allergic reactions. Hopefully it can diminish

Thank you
