Im on here to help my bf.

He is extremely stressed at work but wont ask for help. I guess he doesnt want to show he is weak.
Its been going on for over a month near 2. He has had some time off between christmas and now has returned back to work and it has all started again.

His manager keeps throwing unachievable deadlines as they are within a few days of each other. He gets so down and doesnt want to do anything outside of work.

I would be ok offering support and being there for him, however I go to university out of our home town and being in my final year is stressful too. Being further away makes it even more hard and find myself panicing about everything while I am away and always wondering what is going on at home if everyone is ok.

Any advice would be really appreciated Im just starting to lose my confidence now. But I dont want to give up.

If he won't ask for help I don't know that there is that much you can do but be by his side when you can. And even then he may need space to just relax.

Hi,

Sorry you are struggling with his work pressures. Is he open to the idea of therapy or stress management self-help books?
