I live in Austin, Texas and and the spouse of a woman with a moderate-to-severe anxiety disorder. I have supported her for many years, but now need support for myself, as I am experiencing burnout.

Suggestions, anyone?? I really need assistance, or I would not be reaching out in such a public way --

Check out nami.org and there will be a local chapter there for you offering support and education.

She needs your ongoing support. When her anxiety is really bad you need to look after her. Cook for her, wash her clothes, do what she needs like clean house too. Encourage her to see a psychiatrist too.

Have been doing all that -- I guess you didn't read that I am now reaching out for support for my own burnout. I don't need any new lists of all the things I should be doing...

NAMI is a great suggestion, CODA might also be an option. Look after yourself! No one with burnout can be of help to anyone!

As a caregiver myself I truly feel your pain. First, give yourself credit for being there for her and then give yourself credit for realizing you need support! Do you have friends family that are willing to help out or be there for you if you wish to share?
Take time to do things you enjoy. How bout therapy for yourself? There are many books and articles about caregiver stress. Those are some of the things I did. Lastly, my doc recommended a psychologist who specializes in caregiver stress. It helped a lot. I wish you much luck

The deepest wells need replenishing from time to time. Getting into the, "If I don't do it, it won't get done." mindset is a recipe for burnout.
