My ex has bi polar disorder, he's in jail now but we're still trying to stay friends.

My question here is, In what way would you recommend loved ones to help those with BPD? How do you support them in getting better and feeling loved and okay?

I don't know... (((hugs))) i only know love the person for who they are and pray for them, for things to work in their life, to turn around, that they get what they need to heal and move forward, without neglecting yourself.... blessings and tc
