We've moved house which has been a nightmare on it's own but when you live with someone with BPD it's pure hell

But tonight he's kicked me out of our bedroom in a massive rage for mentioning that a local store has got Chinese sauces etc on special offer. I mistakenly thought he'd be interested seeing as early today he'd announced that he's going to cook a Chinese meal on Friday.

Apparently I'm controlling and undermine his confidence at every turn and he's had professional advice to leave me, is it any wonder I'm on antidepressants !!!!!

Calm thoughts and deep breaths. I really feel for you, and am sorry your experiencing this in your new home.
I hope that there are some positives to balance this out.

There are positives, we have moved nearer my parents who have been wonderful helping us try to get straight etc and it will all be worth it in the end.

When things are good he makes me laugh we have silly conversations and play fights over the craziest of things like what came first the chicken or the egg. He can be thoughtful and caring but the switch is then flicked and he's mean and vicious. I've learnt to hide and wait for the cess fire
