I really wanted my T too be proud of me this weekend.
And, already that fell through.
I wish I knew how to just breathe and not let things seem like they are the end of the universe...but, it is all black and white thinking for this borderline and right now I see no white possible anytime soon!
Anyone here understand?

I do understand, I'm Bi-polar, Anxiety, and DID, but my best friend was borderline so that's why I can understand what you may be going through

((((((((SJ)))))))))

Be proud of yourself for trying. An attitude that keeps trying and working is the most impressive to me. Wanted so bad to make my T proud of me

(((((((sj))))))) I do understand! Black and white thinking is something I need to work on too. And, I always want to please my t, but sometimes I wonder if that can work against you? I dunno. Please know that I am here for you. HUGS!

Thanks friends.
I am feeling really proud of myself at the moment. Have gone 5 days without having to call my T for any "mini crisis". In fact, I called and left a message for her yesterday to just say I was doing well and wanted her to know.
I feel like things are getting better....
Let's hope the black or white thinking is becoming more gray!
