I am finding this to be a really interesting read. It explains what personality disorders and traits are, how they are believed to form, and what kinds of therapy are preferred - at least, at the time this was written. Therapeutic processes are being developed and revised all the time.

Just one caveat: don't let your insecurities trick you into reading too much into everything! (Been there, done that, T had to explain why I'm doing it, lol)
