I just recently been diagnosed with Emotional/Behavioral Identification Disorder. I've actually never knew there was such thing until now. So I did some studying on it and looked it up and notices how relative and true all my situations including past family problems all made sense now.

I just wanted to know if anyone else has it and how they cope with it? Since it's recently what I've been diagnosed with, I've been having a bit of trouble on how to take the news.

I have a pretty good grip on my emotions but others with my diagnosis sometimes have alexithymia which makes me know a bit about it. I assume it is what you are talking about?

Found this online test:

Online Alexithymia Questionnaire
