Someone who runs down their co workers to a really bad extent (Calling them names and being rude about their kids) but is sickly sweet to their faces even going as far as to say they love them? They also spend a lot of time chatting to them on facebook. Is this normal behaviour?

Hmm, I'm not sure this is "normal behavior" per say, but I don't have enough information to say if it's a disorder of any kind either. She could just have a very two faced personality
