My therapists started calling my borderline, emotional dysregulation when I argued that I felt more like I fit aspd for some reasons I won't put here. It gets confusing cos they also say that pd's are quite often co-morbid and particularly with other pd's in the same cluster. I see myself as an anti-social borderline with pstd, major depression and anxieties which my therapist says fits but is kind of vague about lol. I think some therapists don't want people to get caught up on labels.
