Okay, so I know this might seem silly, but maybe it will help.
Let me start from the beginning.
I've been with my fiance for almost 4 years. Since I was 15, I've had a lot of trouble with trust. I'm always worried that he's lying or cheating or sneaking around behind my back with something. Deep in my mind, I know he's not. He's never done anything but be completely honest and loyal to me. I know he loves me, but I just can't seem to let the feelings I have go.
It's hard to explain, but it in my mind, I have a million thoughts swimming around my head about what he could be doing. Sometimes, it can be helped, but some days I go from 'calm' to 'panic attack' in what feels like only a matter of minutes.
That's about the bulk of it, sparing minor details. Anyway, someone had mentioned that I may have signs of Borderline Personality Disorder. I haven't done too much research on it because I'd figure I'd come here first. So any thoughts on it would be greatly appreciated : )

Hi there. Welcome to Psych Central. Sorry you are suffering from symptoms that are challenging you. Nothing replaces a professional diagnosis and medication plan. Here are some symptoms of BPD.
