I've noted that I'm rather easily influenced by my surroundings. I'm the opposite of a thick skinned person. Untidy flat usually gets my brains stuck so I'm notorious for cleaning my friend's apartments. I usually avoid Facebook mental health groups, cause unnecessary people who usually do not have the symptoms usually join in just to rant their unnecessary rubbish. I might feel down very easily or get very happy very easily. I'm like a flower when some people are like a mountain. I fall in love or crush very easily and I'm obsessed with these people. It's quite embarrassing. Also I have high empathy tendency and I in away love depressed people ( that's part reason I'm here ) I just get this energy from cheering up depressed people and you know talking with them of their issues in case they want to. Also since I get depressed easily I tend to blur into the background in order to avoid conflict. In away I avoid conflict at all cost just to please other people.

Sometimes I even catch myself lying to other people just to please them or give opinions on things which aren't exactly my opinion on the things just to make them happy.

Is it HSP or?

You have a lot going on there. Have you ever considered talking to a therapist about it?

welcome.... im sorry but I cant tell you whether you are HSP (highly Sensitive Person ) or not. only your own doctors can tell you that...

what I can tell you is that I am very sensitive to how others are feeling, Sometimes this is because of my education, sometimes its because I may have gone through what they are or have and sometimes its just because I care about them in some way.

my suggestion is if this continues to bother you, contact your own treatment providers who can diagnose what this is in you, and if necessary treat you for what ever it may be so that you will feel better.
