dealing with the unknown is scarry or maybe the known cold be scarry too . i dont want to go through this alone but i have no choise right now .
my throught swells and i can feel it closing up on the inside . i dont know what to do when this happens to keep doing what im doin or to stop .but i caint relax . i just wish it was over allready .or had someone to help me through it , oh well maybe someday no not maybe i will someday and not just anyone they will be special just as i am special it will happen i just got to hang in there till its over

Inside, I have seen you make some progress since you have been coming here. Yes, the unknown is scary. I know how that feels. What I have always done was make the unknown known then. Facing your fears. Do you still feel alone here?

no i dont feel alone here at psych cen
just in reality where i really live only if i cold live at psych maybe everything would be ok

caution construction ahead nowheretorun ( if you only new ) it dosent work like that for me never has ? I pray it will someday

Hello Inside, I too wish I could live in not- the real world. With bpd we self doubt and over think everything. To me the real world is very scary. In mind and spirit we can be there for each other. Try not to stress too much. I send you an internet hug. Take care, Greg

i will pray for you also ((inside)) all of our experiences are endeavors away from but also towards what is real for us all.... real is... we all want love...
