Had my first appt with my new doctor today. I like him so much better then the one I "just let go".
I thought that I would be more anxious while actually in session with him but he made me feel pretty comfortable.
Normally I won't even see male doctors.
He is going to keep my meds the way they are now but feels that adding ambilify down the road will help with my mood and help me not see all in black and white.
I have been trying to realize that NOT every situation is all good or all bad. There has to be differences and I have to recognize that a slight misallignment does not need to take me down the manhole.

Glad that you had a positive experience with your new doctor.

Hopefully your new med will work also. Abilify worked for me also.

Excellent! Makes such a difference when you "click" with your doctor, doesn't it?
