Really need to vent about this!

Have been waiting to see a therapist for 6 months now!

The healthcare system sucks, and all the red tape, and jumping through hoops to get the help I need, is really starting to get to me!

Being manic for 4-5 hours a day is physically exhausting me,
hypervigilence is turning me into a jumpy, scared, dependant person,
agoraphobia is leading to ocd for a clean house and is turning me into a germaphobe!

So tired of waiting to get help,
Praying I hear something soon.
Thank you so very much for listening - and - hearing me.
(Sometimes I still feel like the only person with this problem.)
Sending love and support to all in similar situations
Tracy

Hi TraceyL I hope your wait for a T is over soon - can you get help from your dr in the meantime with the symptoms?

hang in there

Hi there! I am so sorry for your frustration, but I am confident that you will get help as soon as possible, so calm down, take a deep breath and do something nice for yourself until you get the help you need.
Take care!

You think the hardest part is making the decision to get help. Then you find out how long you have to wait! It is tough. Hang in there, when you do get the help you are seeking, it will be worth it.

Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
Thanks for this!
