I have 2 things that is presently going on that are VERY Intense!
First one- a dreadful fear that there will be a fire and that it would be my fault. Second one - Then EVERYtime for the past 14 weeks that I look at a clock it has 12:12 or 2:22, 4:44, or 10:10 and I immediately pick up the phone and call a number but then hang up where as when first in T, I couldn't get away from these intense feelings. Now the numbers have come back. Anyone with ideas??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ThaCrew :beamp: ![]()

It seems kind of something important enough to talk about. Perhaps you contact the T again? Can you figure out where the 'fears' are coming from? Do you smoke or use candles so you are at greater risk? These thoughts do seem kind of different. ![]() ![]() ![]() why do you think there wil be a fire? what can you do to feel safe about it? if you can answer these questions it may help. ![]() ![]() ![]() I have the same thing wiht the clock it always seems to be 3 numbers the same when I wake up - I tell myself that its just a fun thing and try not to read anything into it - what is the number you call ? is it your T? what do you feel about these numbers? can you just let it go? take care of you my friend ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hunny and Phoenix have given good suggestions and asked the questions I was thinking of. Please keep posting so we know how you are. And I hope you take the suggestions and contact your T.

Are you working on your anxiety in therapy. These obsessive thoughts are from anxiety.
