I feel so frustration the healing stage is so cycling I can not remember who I was or what I have had.. just to recognize the feeling nut lost and frustration

i am sorry sounds rude and rambling it just it is frustration and lost hmm 7 months thought it would only take a few month but 7 months on cycling stage..hmm..

PTSD has got to be one of the most frustrating mental illnesses, because you are aware of whats happening
Hang in there the cycles will get longer
