I was quite pleasantly surprized by my Sanity Score. However, it did point out that I do have some serious problems with PTSD (no kidding!) and some other minor issues (phobias, ect.) I guess all in all I'm a fortunate person. I doing well and will problably do even better in the future (I hope).

hi again Michele,
"no kidding" about serious issues with PTSD is an interesting way of putting it.
I hope you will feel comfortable soon and able to share what has helped you in dealing with it.

We learn from each other...

In Peace

Catherine asked how I've dealt with my PTSD. Well, folks it has been a long, hard time. And continues to be a lot of therapy and hard work. In the past what I've done is avoid things that bother me greatly and have been fortunate enough to move into a building for people with psych problems. It's subsidized so I don't have to worry about high rent. That seem to help oddly enough (I have a low frustration tolerance and can't work).
Another thing that has helped me is extreme determination. All my adult life I've wanted nothing more than to improve myself and feel better than I did.
I guess, in a nutshell I would have to say to everyone: perservere with the therapy and BE determined!
