no one has actually said
"you're locked out of the school room, you're not good enough, you should freeze (literally) outside, alone"
thats where I feel I belong though
a nasty little kid, not worth saving
stuck, because i'm too stupid to do anything else
going back to my rock, I don't want to be a bother, (no more than I have already which is a lot ) I've said way too much.

Dear Queen Fuzzy Bear

Sounds like you have hit a rough patch! You seem to be having flash back memories that are making you feel worthless and unloved.

I think as you already know that you are an amazing, loving, respectful, caring, thoughtful, kind, sweet, generous, fuzzy bear! Don't let anyone tell you differently! Or let yourself tell you differently!

Or I'll come into your cave...
Thanks for this!

That is the past Fuzzy and it cant hurt you anymore - hug that child - tellher she is loved and take her inside and give her a stuffy and a blanket and sit with her while she gets waarm again.

Now take the wonderful adult that sits before you - yes thats you - realise she is a kind and caring person - loved by many - held in high esteem by many - valued for her kind heart and loving nature

now let them both sit together and realise that they are both valued and loved and that we care
