I really think I've been on pc too long.
I seem to be talking to myself more and more these days.
And I know its completely my fault.
It always was.

Its my fault I pissed off a competent therapist. Or two, or three.
I'm a nut, only useful for what nuts are usually used for.
Maybe the parents were right, I'm nothing but a selfish horrible person.
Posting here isn't helping, nothing helps.

But what we need to realize is that we are not responsible for how they feel. And their feelings are not our fault. I know I gotta have that knocked into my head alot. Because I want to play the old tapes too. We just do our best hon, and hold onto that. Love you , and I care for you too!! Hang in there sweetie, you'll make it!!

I've given up on my half siblings. Whichever way I look at it, they simply don't care. I don't even know what i did wrong Except being kept completely away from them for 10 years.(below the age of consent) Not really very healthy. And I was the person who was left alone.
