I always have such admiration for those who have that ability
But personally I find it better to ask.... than assume
Just feeling down and not belonging or needed
(old stuff that visits me still sometimes )

You are not alone in your struggle with PTSD. I as you know have it and would like to support you. So please write when you feel the need to. If you need a break from this forum I hope it's a short break because I will miss you!

Perhaps you don't see the rest of us drinking hot chocolate while you are drinking tea?

I, too, have PTSD, (((((Fuzzy))))), although I have neglected to visit this forum very often. If there is not enough support being provided here, I will make a point to drop in more often and talk with you and everyone else about it.

Just to be clear, I wasn't saying or implying there wasn't enough support being offered here. I know in some forums it takes a while for people to respond sometimes. It has been quieter lately though, or seemed so to me, and I've been missing some people.
It was more my triggers that were affecting me, which is MY stuff
(sometimes I get triggered in any forum)
