For those of you who know what flooded is I have been so flooded the last couple of weeks. In this flooded state everything has the potential to be traumatizng or trigger me into severe anxiety and or spiral. Its a very fine balence. I have been walking and running and before I know it I realize that my legs are rubbery and I am on the verge of collapsing. I must have ran walked over 30 miles this week. I also find myself tripping becasue I am running with my eyes closed. So I only run at the track now and try to focus and only run 4 miles trying.

I'm sorry. Do you know what's changed in the last couple of weeks that might have caused the flooding? I do know what it's like & I hate that feeling of just being on the very edge & everything is on the surface instead of deep down where it usually is.
