Does anyone have ant experience with Gentle Reprocessing (formally gentle EMDR)? I am a little scared to get started and was hoping I could get a some first hand information.
Does it work if you cannot remember everything? Does it cause you to recover memories? Isn't it difficult to tell your story? What is the process and does it really help? I am a little scared to get started and was hoping I could get a some first hand information. Thanks! Xtree

I am a therapist who is trained in EMDR but not Gentle Reprocessing. My mother has had PTSD all my life, and has tried a number of treatments. She is currently using Gentle Reprocessing with her therapist and is amazed and gratified by the results. She shared some of the details and I was impressed enough to be looking for a training. I hope this is helpful. lag... |
