So tired of having nightmares. My poor husband had to get me to start breathing again last night because during the nightmare I stopped breathing. I want them to end. I feel so damaged. I want my life back.

Welcome to PC.

I'm sorry you are having nightmares. I know what they are like. I hope that you get more restful peaceful sleep. I haven't found any solution to nightmares but just wanted to let you know that I go through the same thing. Take care.
