7 days last week and only 2 in bed (after a terrible episode). Could I be getting rid of my bed riddance? Good riddance to bed riddance? My fingers are crossed so tight that I might lose a couple. I'm so afraid of going back to that state of mind of not being able to get out of bed....boy does it stink.

Missi I think I might be getting better I think I might be getting better

Yay Missi!

Our paths may be of hills and valleys, yet it is ever upwards, that is the trend, even if we seem to slip. It is all more information, more experience, on the road in health.

I think I might be getting better

Well it certainly means you had a good week, and if it happens once, it can happen again in the future. Don't feel terrible if you digress a little once in a while, just keep remembering you can do it when it all falls into place for you. ((((hugs)))))

And my day just keeps getting better and better!!! Thanks Sarah and Sky for the words of wisdom. I'm sure it's going to be a roller coaster but I can start to see light at the end of that long tunnel.

((((((((((((many hugs to all)))))))))))))

What? Out of BED? Have you gone mad woman???? Bed is the most craved for place in my life and you want OUT? The blasphomy of it all!

Ha ha, sorry, I too struggle with the being alive vs. being in bed and so far it's 50-50. Good job! I am so happy for you. Now, is this called hijacking? Part of my joy in being in bed is my three little black dogs and their antics when they want play or dinner. They bring me toys and stand on my laptop. They make me laugh out loud and that is healing. Good luck.

I'm such a bed person too! I think I might be getting better It's very relaxing, but for the past 9 months I used it to turn the world off...gotta change that before I go back to lounging. Your dogs sound precious. I have a boxer that loves to stay in bed with me...he's such a snooze hound. One morning I woke up and actually found him "spooning" with hubby!! It was hysterical. I think I might be getting better

I don't think your post is a hi-jacking...I think if you had started talking about your dogs at the park it would be, but your still on topic with them in bed. I think I might be getting better

Thanks everyone, you've really made my day special by caring.

Okay, so I am in bed AGAIN with my dogs. The puppy is alternately chewing on my hand and the quilt and occasionally big brother's ears. He just now ripped the quilt. He is a brat. I am aware of their presence asw I sit in my bed and I laugh at the little things, even the ripped quilt. However, I am a middle aged woman who constantly "stalked the house" Could not sit down, could not rest, could not be still. PTSD stinks. And now, I have my side of the bed that is safe. Once it was a closet in my daughter's room. I still crave closets. I hope you are well today. It looks like hubby is home with the dog food.

Schatze,

Here's hoping you are still doing better today...I mean Saturday...no work...taking it easy anyway???? It is much better when we are feeling good again...at least we know what that is...better than before when "better" or "good" weren't even part of the vocabulary.

Thinking about you,
Debbie

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((ww)))))))))))))))))))))))))), oooooh those little doggies can be such bad influences on us. They make you want to lounge and nap so much...I think it's all their fault. I think I might be getting better I'm glad you've found a safe place at home to rest with such good company. Take very good care of yourself and those doggies.

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((eskie)))))))))))))))))))))))))) I hope you got to go see your horses over the past couple of days. I know how happy they make you and you need to be happy. I'm thinking about you too.
