Abandon the ship, time to empty the cargo your mind is empty of thought, want, need.
Lighten the load, look out at the glassy sea.
I am no longer heavy laden with false concepts
my mind sees what is there to see, not what it believes it sees.
Out, hurry, out--all.....
I am simply an observor, no thought, no reaction, no horror...
This is great! Light as air, a wave out there--
what a great feeling.
Detach from self...self gone...the moment has passed---you're right Right here, right now-no self=no PTSD--Thank you good friend.

Great technique---perfect, will practice daily, even when not in throes of the horrors------a bit of mindlessness can take you far.
