I marked this for trigger * just in case * cause as I start typing/talking I don't know where it might take me...
ok so u know how ppl always tell u ur not alone? But u kinda KNOW u really r? so Ive been going to different forums and reading various threads - and its SO cool cause here is proof that I am not alone...without me telling or starting the conversation you are able to say the things in my head and I had never really thought about the physical pain - all this time I just thought it was a seperate issue, menst. probs, fibromyalgia, nuropathy, backaches,headaches,joint pain

some one else knows..
the confusion and noise inside,mood swings and the forgetfulness (that isnt "ur just getting older") the smells and "triggers" the depersonalization and disassociation, hallucinations(auditory and visual) and ...the crap I dont even have the words for cause ive blanked and cant remember what it is called and right now im just so happy i dont care - hahaha
HA HA HA , some one else knows and has it too !!!!!

I am sorry that you have to feel this too but to FINALLY find others who REALLY know - awesome!!!!
I think being able to come here and talk - along with starting therapy (actual therapy) with someone who dosent just want to pass out pills, is like the skies parting and the "finger of God" touching me personally with a blessing (can't think of another way to put that at the moment)

hope I will be able to remember this feeling three days (or 2 weeks) from now...and not wake up so embarressed by how stupid i am to have actually put this in print- doubt is starting so i will stop and post b/4 i delete - thank you!

I am glad you feel PC is such a safe place to share, it was such a relief to me too when I first came here two years ago and read the posts I found myself going "Thank you, thank you I"m not alone, I"m not alone, someone understands!"

Please don't feel embarassed, I enjoyed reading this post, it reminded me by posting and sharing my journey I'm helping others, keep posting Stove and welcome to PC
