After the weekend I talked about awhile ago I've had some problems with water. Even the shower slightly triggered me. I had finaly got myself to calm down around water and then... last weekend we got in a ho tub at a friends house. My mom and friend got in a discussion about how neighbors could see her and she use to have an old guy next door that would st by the window and watch her. Now I am bak triggered by water. I went to a relax self help group and today we were doing meditation and going 'in our mind' to the ocean. Yeah ......meditation didn't work that well today. Does anyone know of anyways to get over this?

Cognitive-behavioral therapy has approaches for things like that. You also might tell the people around you that you are triggered by water, and maybe they could find other things to do and different topics to discuss around you until you can have some time to work on your issues with water.
