What is a flashback exactly? Is it only a visual phenomenon? Can there be feeling flashbacks, specifically shame?

I have/had flashbacks. They exist Therapy has been my best answer, as I find my own way on my journey.
This is an ideal time for you to find a Therapist that is trained for PTSD to help you with your questions.
