Im sure it feels like crap to be having new symptoms , and its not unusual for one to feel hopeless, however remember you reached out for help here and possibly other places .. so there is still hope. From what i have experienced it mental health stuff can be like riding a roller coaster..up and down. Try to hang in there and there is a good chance with help , like meds and T , as well as support here , things can feel better.

Are you on any new medications? I am sorry you are having such a difficult time.

I have PTSD as well and it is very hard to figure out. It can carry days of depression and days of anxiety and it is very frustrating. I don't know what depersonalization disorder is but it almost sounds like it would just fit right in with the symptoms of PTSD. Have you been getting therapy? It can be hard because others who have never experienced PTSD can't seem to understand it. I try to explain it as best as I can but to be honest I have difficulty understanding the days of feeling overwhelmed by it.

One of the things that I have been wondering is if the clonazapam I am taking mostly at night is causing some of the effects. I do know it has side effects but I almost wonder if even though it helps with anxiety, does it also make one more suceptable to anxiety.

Sometimes just talking about what you feel may have caused the PTSD helps. We are always here to listen and offer support.
