Thurs. night I hate my first PTSD nightmare in a long time. And it was horrible. It was all about SA. I kept waking up and then falling back asleep into the nightmare, which really wiped me out the next day which was really bad as i had a job interview on Fri. I'm just worried that this may mean that my subconcious is getting ready to bring up a bunch of new memories, and I don't want to go back to being overwhelmed with flashbacks and dissociation and regular nightmares. I really thought i'd moved on from this.

Feeling scared.

I am so sorry these are coming up for you. I hate it when they decide to pop up out of nowhere. I hope that your nightmares go away. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Hang in there... It's so, so horrible and such a disgusting feeling, I know that by experience... But the only way to begin to get over what happened is to go through it - all the yucky, horrific details included. I do hope your nightmares subside, and all the other dreadful things that PTSD gives us. I wish you the best.
