Hello
I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2005. I was doing great for several years but started having trouble when I lost my job 7 months ago.

Does any have the feeling that something bad is going to happen? How do you deal with it?

((((Yack))))

The good new is that you did fine for many years. Even without PTSD people are worried that something bad is going to happen in this economy. Try not to attach it to your PTSD that occurred a long time ago. Keep yourself busy, excercise and try to keep positive.
Get your resume together and think positive.

Yack, first *hugz*. Second, open eyes had some wonderful advice.

just be sure to ask if it's a reasonable concern and try to gauge how scared you are. If you find yourself hyperventilating or hiding, might need some intervention!
