On a positive side, Ive joined this site today - but the reason Im trawling the internet looking for some help, is because last night I made a complete idiot of myself by over-reacting and going into a panic over something so small...so now Im cringing, feeling like an idiot and hating myself. When Im panicking, Im in that zone where in my mind Im trying to make sure Im safe...I tend to question what people are meaning, thinking, feeling who theyve been talking to and stuff like that...but afterwards i can see the situation more rationally and its awful looking how I must look from the other persons pov.

I felt that way too! BUT don't silly! Who cares what people think. I know easier said than done and YEARS of practice but guess what?? Half of those people are probably hiding exactly how you feel. SOOOO many are hiding their own emotional "back packs!" NO worries!
Thanks for this!
