I've seen this many times, and am sure I will more. What I've leared is that I really have seen this time MANY times and always made it through when I thought I wouldn't. that has become my reinforcing, or comfort, thought. When I start to think, "I'm not gonna make it", I bring out the memories of all the times I did. I hope that helps a little. kd
