Hello. I am a 35 year old man who has suffered from PTSD as well as substance abuse, depression, and anxiety most my life and it seems to be getting worse the older I get. I have yet to find any lasting solutions to this problem. I am looking for assistance in every way I know how. I need guidance on how to truly rid myself of this illness. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hey, I'm 25 and heading down that path. I always thought I was outgoing and friendly and now I'm finding I'm kinda scared to even go outside. (Then again I just moved to Germany and my German is beginner at best). But still, I feel like I am regressing in life and if I had a mentor that knew what it was like to be like this it would help a lot. I can't believe that the same crazy depressing feelings and thoughts are ruining my life like they did in High School. I have given so much to other people, and never looked out for myself in the long run. Anyways, I hope you get better and if you have any words of wisdom being 10 years older, I'd appreciate anything.
