gosh, i had a dream last night that realy freaked me out....i dreamt i was cutting myself, you see i used to SI but i gave it up 2 months ago as it didn't make me feel any better, not in the long run...but in the dream i was cutting my arm, making a really big cut right next to two old scars ( which have since faded, i can only see them if i look really closely). and i woke up checking to see if my arm was bleeding and all day i've been wanting to cut. i dunno what triggered it, i thought i was better but it seems to still be there subconciously and that scares me, it's like i'll always be wanting to SI deep down.
