Last month I was assessed and accepted into my psych hospital's Seeking Safety program, but I couldn't commit as I didn't know my school schedule. I got my schedule today and I don't have class the morning the program runs, so I can do it. I just hope that it's not to late & that they haven't given my spot to someone else. Seeking Safety is for people with PTSD and substance abuse problems. I emailed the woman coordinating the program today as soon as I found out that I'm free to do the program. Really hoping that it works out.

Good news. I got a call from the hospital today, and I'm officially in. It starts Sept. 12 and runs for 22 weeks.
