Bad, bad, bad day at P-docs.
 Meltdown. Feel sick and yucky. She just called me. It was probably to make me feel better but it made me feel worse. Now I'm mad at myself. I don't ever want to go back and see her.  ((( hugs to everyone who has all this yuck )))

I feel like I have to apologize to people (irl) because I am melting down so much. I feel like I've flunked therapy and Life 101.
By now I should be past all this. But nope. I keep falling down. I stand up and fall down and I'm so damn tired of getting back up.
