Having some emotional PTSD (in the form of how & why could he).... now I am hoping that it does not take me away from the one I love, if only for a day... for the past is the past.... RIGHT?

Well, yes and no. IDK what you are referring to as "emotional" ptsd vs PTSD??? I mean, ok. That IS part of the problem with PTSD... your head can know one thing, your emotions and body think another. Quit rapping your head against that wall young lady! hehehe Don't beat yourself up, comfort and nurture... it won't always be this bad. ((hugs))

Well, I guess I am talking about the emotions left over from the pain (of the heart) keeps trying to rear its ugly head even though the present has no rational fear in it..... Oh yeah, I guess that is PTSD.

DUH!!! - on Me.... I just hate when this happens - I hate having to feel anger and hate toward some one I LOVE.

no Emotional PTSD allowed. none necessary. I also know the "I HATE THIS" feeling and verbage. grrrrr Yeah it IS the nature of the beast, and not you. TC

I know exactly what you mean. I was in chat last night and a kind soul related to me that the feelings I tapped into when the "scare" with daughter happened might've put me back into an episode again. It made so much sense, and I appreciated it. It helped me to "name that thing" and try to work it.

I'm sorry that you're "there" in your head right now and hope you find some relief soon.
