Hey

I just wanted to come over and tell you guys that I miss doing the PTSD chat.
But I just left an in-patient treatment center near Baltimore and they deal with Dissociative Disorders AND PTSD two totally separate dx's. So why am I telling you this? The reason is because what I learned made a lot of sense and I would like to invite you guys to check it out which how I learned I am going to incorporate it into the Dissoaitive Disorders chat. From now on I am going to talk from the PTSD front working on things that I think some need and I ESPecially NEED. The 4 things that Sheppard Pratt worked on was Grounding, Dialing Down,
Imagery and Containment.

The topic for Thursday's chat will be on Containment of Feelings. I just wanted you to know that I do care and that I felt bad I could not help. I think I can help myself while sharing what I have learned. If that makes any sense.
The chat starts a 9pm est and goes to usually 11pm est unless were onto a certain groove
Thanks for reading all of this and I hope some of you will feel comfortable into coming and YOU do not have to be dissociative to come to any chat DocJohn does.
Peace, Crew
