In my most recent post, I mentioned some of my rather disturbing thoughts. I also reprimanded someone.... Hillbunny, I think? I did not intend to sound so harsh. I trigger easily, and it keeps my guard up. I know you were just trying to help. I am sorry if I seemed abrupt or violent.

That's very good of you to offer that to the member...hopefully an equal response is coming.

If it makes you feel any better, I, also, felt like "HUH? telling someone who is being triggered to take care of the anger problem????" an apology I chose not to respond at the time... guess that was good decision? hehehe

PTSD is quite a beast... society "requires" us to respond appropriately, even when we are (temporariliy?) unable. Unless you suffer with it, you can't really know what is being felt.. and to understand??? I'm still working on that!

obsids, darlin', no apology necessary for us bunnies...... please see my post on your other thread. Room to trigger, be triggered, mess up, clean up, find out which is which:

This site, for me, is all about learinng communication skills and the right words to describe all about all this hard stuff that I have very few other places in my life where I can learn them.

We all cycle through our cycles. We all are doing the best we can at a given moment. We all have to shake off taking things personally when we get triggered. We all are trying to learn healthy ways to live our lives. We are all working our butts off if you ask me!!!

I am grateful for your consideration of your impact on others, ie: me. I think we're doing great myself, kay?
