certain things trigger that causes anxiety up to point where it is very difficult to control. Sometimes flashbacks, but usually when I sleep, so they are dreams.

I often feel guilty and want to hide which is what has caused my agoraphobia. It takes a lot of energy to go outside with my public face mask.

Some may think it's depression that caused agoraphobia, but there is a fear component that I work hard to control. Fear makes me hide. Why fear? Fear is on the way to panic.

One of my meds regulates heart rate which is useful to help with panic attack!

This guilt because I survived why not be dead with the others? Guilt becomes depression, then depression shows the symptoms that make it hard to live.

So my pdoc just wanted to treat depression(inderal often uses in panic attack suffers and keep blood pressure lower).i hope I did not write too much.

Mine are lack of trust, paranoia although that could also be bp symptoms, isolating, strong startle response, some nightmares, sleep problems, flashbacks when triggered, anger, again could also be bp, sometimes feeling like I will never have a normal life bc of the mistrust......like I will b single forever, I push ppl away. Man this hurts

If you dont mind me asking what are your panic attacks like? I used to have what i thought were panic attacks for years but they only happened when i had flashbacks. Now they happen daily and i havent had flashbacks for months. I was looking up conversion disorder on youtube what i was calling panic attacks they were calling non-epileptic seasures i guess im just confused.

Sorry, I was not clear. Because I have this medication that controls heart rate, I am less likely to have a panic attack. But my body would get tense and I would be clenching my jaw. My heart rate and blood pressure would up, my mind would race I would be trying to control all this. I would have to lie down or I would breathing problems from hyperventilating. So, I could automatically do a routine so I would have control. The worse is the racing mind, so I would get ready to lie on the bed if my chest got tight. This heart medication inderal helps me a lot so, I have time to get prepared. Never had a blackout during these incidents.

Yes about the utube info and seizures I would feel better if the doctor had a simple way of whether you are having seizures or not.

I don't if this helps or not. The frustrating part is that each person may have different experiences and sometimes the symptoms are not typical for a certain condition. That makes it complicated.

It is like an antidepressant it may be good for some people but other need a different antidepressant because each person's body reacts differently to medications.

So, not everyone who has panic attacks have the same symptoms. I don't if this helps Tonka.
