Hi the other night I woke up at 3 am actually I been waking up at this time for weeks now anyway I went to th garage to have a smoke. Something happened where I froze and saw a mini slide show of my past in fast motion when it was over I found my cigarette still lit on the floor. But nothing in the garage was triggering me

It doesn't have to be something in the garage or your immediate environment that brings on a flashback. It is usually an overall sense of feeling challenged somehow that tend to bring them on.

Sorry I didn't see your thread, sometimes that happens, doesn't mean you are not important.
