((Fuzzybear)),

When we struggle with PTSD and having a history of abuse or neglect it is normal to feel that "we" are toxic. It takes time to work through the personal history and finally gain skills we did not have before. You are "not alone" in how you feel like this, it really is "a common symptom" of complex PTSD too. You can make gains on that "slowly". The other way this is described is "self blaming" and it something many who struggle do until they slowly and gradually learn it is "not their fault" and to "do more self care" until getting stronger and slowly more confident. It truly takes time and therapy and talking about how one struggles and getting support.
