I wrote out my story and am planning on bringing it to my appointment today. Whether I actually give it to her is another story. I sort of want to use this appointment to talk about my anxiety problem, so I thought I'd give it to her at the end so we can start discussing it at my next appointment. Hopefully I don't chicken out. I've been seeing her for a year and a half so I think it's finally time it was addressed, I'm just afraid to talk to her about it. I don't want to lose control of myself.

well I hope you are brave enough to give it to your t. it is really easier I find to write things out and give it to t to read than to try and talk about it. I hope this technique works for you as well. take care.

(((OutlawedSpirit))),
I hope you gave the story to your T. It's ok if you let emotions out while opening up about it, you will get so you realize it brings a relief. You are human, we are designed to "express our emotions". ((Hugs)) OE |
