Says the guy who yesterday posted about wanting to die.

But, I really do feel better today, because this morning I made a commitment to make it a good day.

So, I need to keep it going this weekend. Tonight, maybe something fun, even if it's simple, like grocery shopping.

Tomorrow morning -- bike ride in the snow!!! Yeah, buddy!!!!! Probably try to leave the house about 4 in the morning, and catch breakfast at a 24 hour Coney about 8-10 miles from home.

Tomorrow afternoon - housecleaning. I have company coming the following weekend, and I actually LIKE doing housework.

Sunday -- Try to get back in the pool very early -- I have been sick all week, a nasty cold or flu (even though I had a flu shot, it sure felt like flu, body aches, muscle fatigue, etc.). Then, PT one for weights, followed by PT two for boxing lesson.

Sunday PM -- do some cooking, and after I've recovered from the morning, try to get in either some XC skiing or another bike ride.

Think I can do it -- can I get through an ENTIRE WEEKEND without ruminating on the past, dwelling on my despair, and thinking about suicide?

I'm certainly going to give it my best shot.
