I am wondering if anyone has info on this. Online is best as it's hard for me to get books. I am told this means illnesses that are worsened or caused by trauma. Ulcers, asthma, muscle issues or disease, irritable bowel syndrome. Anyone know? Thanks.

Found in an article on PubMed:

psychogenic disorders (mental or physical disturbances with no organic basis, generally unleashed by stressful situations)

No idea what might actually be classed as such.

(((((((((((((WW))))))))))) psycogenic disorders

All I'm finding is medical journal articles that are challenging to understand, to say the least! PM me with what specifically you are looking for and I'll do a search later. There are a zillion different categories, apparently -- psychogenic voice disorders, movement disorders, etc.

This should help, wisewoman. (Even though the article is based on Bi-polar)
